Frequently Asked Questions
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover) through PayPal. All payments are securely processed.
For information regarding wire-transfers or payment links, please contact email@example.com.
What courier providers do you use?
All international and domestic orders are shipped via DHL or FEDEX. Where necessary, to prioritize your purchased artwork's safety, the package(s) might be shipped through USPS or SPEEDPOST.
When will my order ship?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Every print is hand-inspected first. Hence, the shipping windows are between 7-14 business days. You can select Standard (no rush) shipping or Protective Package Shipping (PPS). PPS ships faster.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Waytoomad Gallery ships internationally.
Is my artwork authentic?
Yes. Every piece of artwork on our site or Gallery is from our family of signed and represented artists. There's also an in-house collection from the Gallery's founder.
Limited Edition prints ship with a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artwork's author. Open Edition prints ship with a Gallery Certificate.
Every piece of artwork available for sale on our site is exclusive to Waytoomad Gallery in the specified composition. Unless stated otherwise for a given print, you will not find these pieces anywhere else.
How can I store my artwork?
If you choose not to display your purchased artwork immediately, we recommend storing the artwork flat in an archival box or rigid folder. Please DO NOT FOLD or keep rolled for an extended period of time; doing so can stress the fabrics and result in irreversible damage.
We recommend the artwork be kept in acid-free paper folders or archival storage boxes for long-term storage. Stored artwork should not be in direct contact with another piece and must remain away from light. In case of storage for multiple pieces of artwork, layer glassine paper between each piece.
Remember to never store your artwork in a location with a high risk of environmental damage, i.e., attics, basements.
Can I return my artwork?
For limited edition prints, the price sometimes goes up as the edition sells. That's why your purchase influences the price for the next buyer. To protect all our customers' interests and ensure more excellent stability in the prices, we cannot accept any returns.
If, however, you received a damaged print, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement edition.
Can you help me acquire artwork outside of your represented artists?
Yes. Contact email@example.com, and we'll see what we can do.
Can you help me acquire another artwork from your represented artists?
Happily. Send us an email describing the artwork you desire and the artist's name, and we'll do our best to make it available for you.
